ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrival is possible from 3:00 p.m. and departure must be before 11:00 a.m. Taking possession of the apartment implies full and unconditional acceptance of the clauses of this contract.
All rent is payable in advance. When the rental period exceeds one month, payment is made in monthly installments.Any delay in payment of the rent may result in the immediate termination of the contract, and the payment of the sums due under this contract. In case of delay in the arrival of the Host, the rental is due from the day of arrival provided for in the contract.
Indicated in euros, taxes and charges included (water, electricity, gas, rental risk insurance), except tourist tax and optional services.They include the provision of a furnished apartment, the supply and change of linen according to the price chosen.
This contract is concluded within the framework of one of the exclusions provided for in article two of the law N ° 89-462 of July 6, 1989 (furnished rental), it is not subject to the provisions of this law, nor to those provided for by law No. 48-1360 of September 1, 1948.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid for the duration of your stay. The credit card used for booking will be requested upon arrival. The name appearing on the identity document requested upon arrival must be identical to that indicated on the credit card.
HOST OBLIGATION / DAMAGES
The owners will be entitled to claim from the Host the total value of the replacement price of broken, cracked, chipped or damaged objects, furniture or equipment, the price of cleaning bedspreads, sofa covers, cushions, as well as compensation for damage to curtains, paintings, plaster, wallpaper, ceilings, rugs, carpeting, parquet floors, windows, bedding, etc. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental will be the responsibility of the Host.In the event of non-performance by the Host of any of the obligations of this contract or of behavior contrary to what is specified, the owners may automatically terminate the rental contract, without formality and without notice.
Stay of 1 to 3 nights: cancellation free of charge until D-3, beyond that, the first night is due. Stay of more than 4 nights: cancellation free of charge until D-7: beyond that, cancellation fees corresponding to 100% of the amount of the reservation. In case of no-show, the same conditions apply. In the case of specific and/or internet offers, different cancellation conditions may apply.
The owners reserve the right to enter the apartments for maintenance, security or to make a visit.
MODIFICATION DURING THE STAY
Any change to a started stay must be made in writing, the date of receipt being the date of notification.There is no implied right to renewal of the contract. Any request by the Host to extend the stay, if accepted (subject to availability) must be the subject of a new contract, without prior guarantee of maintenance of the price and the apartment.In the case of an early departure, the pricing corresponding to the actual length of stay will be applied retroactively.If the notification reaches us less than 7 days before the departure date initially planned, a charge of 100% of the amount of the nights canceled will apply in addition.
OBLIGATION OF THE HOST / HOUSEHOLD
The owners provide each Guest with an apartment in perfect working order and cleanliness. The Host must behave in this apartment as a good father and respectful of cleanliness. Otherwise, a cleaning will be charged on an hourly basis of 30 €.Any complaint concerning the operation, cleanliness or condition of the equipment and furniture of the apartment occurring more than 24 hours after the entry into use of the premises cannot be accepted. On simple request, an inventory is available to the Host at the reception.
The entire establishment is non-smoking. Failure to comply with this obligation entails de facto acceptance of an additional billing of 200 euros to cover cleaning costs (de-impregnation of surfaces, curtains, curtains, etc.) or air purification in order to allow the next customer not to suffer from tobacco pollution.
credit card number is provided by the Host. The costs incurred by damage to the rented apartment or the furniture or equipment entrusted to it, as well as any costs for cleaning and optional services will be deducted from the card.
As a furnished apartment rental company, the owners do not take care of the property belonging to the guests, whether in the apartments, car parks or common areas. The insurance taken out by the owners exclusively covers rental risks.
